Add hyperlinks and reference images to task list items

Problem statement

There is currently no way to attach documentation, instructions, or reference images directly to individual task list items. This makes it difficult to provide clear, accessible guidance to team members when they're completing maintenance or operational tasks.

Current workaround

Hosts are manually texting and emailing external documents (such as Google Drive or Dropbox links with instructions and images) to their team members separately from the task assignments.

Impact

• Staff have to search through messages or emails to find the relevant documentation, which is inefficient
• Team members often complete tasks without accessing the documentation because it's not readily available
• Increases the risk of tasks being done incorrectly or inconsistently

Proposed solution

Allow hosts to add hyperlinks and attach reference images directly within individual task list items. This would make instructions and visual guides immediately accessible when a team member views the task.

Hosts would be able to provide clear, step-by-step instructions and visual references right where their team needs them — embedded in the task itself — leading to more consistent task completion and less time wasted searching for documentation.
