Add Japanese as a language option in pre-defined guest messages

Problem Statement:

  • Japanese is not available as a language option in the pre-defined messages section of Guest Experience settings
  • Hosts cannot include Japanese in their templated guest communications
  • Currently only English, Spanish, French, and German are supported

Current Workaround:

  • Hosts must manually write messages in Japanese in the Inbox
  • This is time-consuming and inconsistent across communications

Impact:

  • Increased operational cost and time spent writing messages manually
  • Inconsistent guest experience for Japanese-speaking guests
  • Reduced control over templated communications

Proposed Solution:

  • Add Japanese as a language option in the pre-defined messages section of Guest Experience settings, alongside the existing languages (English, Spanish, French, German)

Unlock:

  • Hosts would be able to include Japanese in their templated guest communications
  • Consistent, professional communications for Japanese-speaking guests
  • Reduced manual effort and time spent on message creation
