My cleaners and handymen need to know key details of both the departing/previous guest group and the arriving/forthcoming guest group to perform their jobs.

Booked guest count total well the split of adults, kids, and infants
Booking length in days
The departing/previous stay information enables them to estimate the work to be done for the cleanings or maintenance. Examples: 1 guest for 1 day = 1 hr interior cleaning and 1 hr hot tub cleaning. 10 guests for 10 days = 4 hrs interior cleaning and 2 hrs of hot tub cleaning.
The arriving/forthcoming stay information enables them set out a proper count of amenities. Examples: 6 arrival snacks for a 6 group set. 2 bath towels for 2 person 2 day stay. 4 towels for a 2 person 7 day stay. 4 hot tub towels for 4 guests for 2 nights.
Some of this info is already provided in Tasks depending on if a Task Rule triggers a Task instance at the end vs the beginning of a booking.
