We don’t plan on iterating on our existing “Questions” feature any further. That feature worked great when it was created, but our new AI features are much more natural and do a better job of answering the exact guest questions instead of sharing pre-written responses about the general topic itself. You can populate your Knowledge Hub with information about the lake, and our AI can suggest the best replies based on the property’s knowledge hub.
