Add new "Reply to Event" option "After Receiving a Review" to encourage repeat business

As a host, I would like to send automated messages using my own template right after we receive a review based on the overall review score (different templates for 5-star, 4-star, etc), so that I can offer them discounts for repeat stays, apologies & let us try again messages, or other things to generate repeat business.
