Allow guests to opt-in/out of mailing list on Rental Agreements

It would be great to have this feature (and probably very easy to implement).

Simply include a checkbox that is defaulted to unchecked with the text - Opt-out of future email marketing.

If they opt out, don’t send to Mailchimp (or any other future software integration).

Otherwise, send Guest Info to Mailchimp.

    Updated to add that we should be able to customize the text as well. This is a very simple feature request that wont’t take more than a few hours of coding but will deliver great value to hosts.
