Add 'payout received' filter to metrics

There are discrepancies between platforms (i.e. Airbnb vs Hospitable) when generating reports for revenue. Part of which is due to the way each platform filters for their data. For tax and accounting purposes, it would be better helpful for Hospitable to show payouts received in a given date range as opposed to booking value based on check-in/out dates. It also appears that the report may be missing some fees here and there which lead to inaccurate reporting and false revenues.

    Hey @Jason Erwin ! It sounds like you’re looking for the ability to recognize revenue in a more advanced way. On our Mogul plan we have an Owner Statements feature, and we’re working on allowing you to recognize the revenue based on check-out, check-in, prorated (based on each day of the reservation) or some custom way defined by you. You may want to trial Owner Statements so you get first access to this when it’s available, since it’s probably not something we’ll quickly do on the Metrics side.
