Add 'payout received' filter to metrics

There are discrepancies between platforms (i.e. Airbnb vs Hospitable) when generating reports for revenue. Part of which is due to the way each platform filters for their data. For tax and accounting purposes, it would be better helpful for Hospitable to show payouts received in a given date range as opposed to booking value based on check-in/out dates. It also appears that the report may be missing some fees here and there which lead to inaccurate reporting and false revenues.
