Add Paystack as a Payout Processor for Unsupported Regions

Problem Statement:

• Hosts in countries like South Africa and Tanzania cannot receive payouts through Hospitable because Stripe isn't available in these regions
• Hospitable Payments is only supported in the US, UK, and Australia
• There's no alternative payment processor option for hosts in these markets

Current Workaround:

• Hosts in these regions cannot use Hospitable to process payments and receive payouts
• They're forced to manage bookings and payments outside of Hospitable, losing the platform's benefits

Impact:

• Limits Hospitable's market reach in Africa and other regions where Stripe isn't available
• Hosts lose access to Hospitable's automation and management tools
• Potential loss of customers who need Paystack or similar regional payment processors

Proposed Solution:

• Integrate Paystack as an additional payout processor option in Hospitable
• Allow hosts in supported Paystack regions to connect their Paystack account for receiving payments

Unlock:

• Hosts in South Africa, Tanzania, and other Paystack-supported countries can fully use Hospitable
• Expands Hospitable's global reach and customer base
• Provides a viable payment solution for hosts in regions where Stripe isn't available
