Add Private Note to Individual Messaging rules Interface

I have messaging rules that use a custom code for a property. If that property is the one the message is going out for, it includes that content, if it's another one, it pulls in that custom code. It would be nice to be able to make a note in those messaging rules as a reminder when adding a new property that a custom code needs to be created in order to make that messaging rule apply to the new property.
