Add Public API Endpoint for Property-Level Base/Nightly Rate and Weekend Rate

Problem Statement:

• Currently, there is no supported Public API endpoint to read or update property-level Base/Nightly Rate and Weekend Rate fields
• These fields can be edited directly in the Hospitable web app (Pricing → Base price tab), but there is no programmatic way to access them via the API
• The existing calendar pricing endpoints only allow updating individual date-specific prices, which does not meet the use case of synchronizing standard nightly rates while preserving manual calendar overrides

Current Workaround:

• Manually updating the Base/Nightly Rate and Weekend Rate fields in the Hospitable web app
• Using the calendar pricing API endpoint to set individual date prices, which is not equivalent to updating the underlying Base/Nightly Rate and Weekend Rate and can interfere with workflows that rely on intentional date-specific overrides

Impact:

• Operational inefficiency: Manual updates are required for every rate change
• Risk of errors: Manual processes are prone to mistakes
• Inability to synchronize pricing from internal systems: Cannot automate rate updates from external pricing tools while preserving date-specific overrides

Proposed Solution:

• Add a supported Public API endpoint (accessible via Personal Access Token) to read and update property-level Base/Nightly Rate and Weekend Rate fields
• The endpoint should update the base rates without modifying individual calendar-date prices or overwriting existing manual calendar overrides

Unlock:

• Ability to synchronize standard nightly rates from internal pricing systems automatically
• Preservation of intentional date-specific overrides already set in Hospitable
• Reduced manual effort and risk of errors in pricing management
