Add task categories for Concierge, Manager, and Laundry roles plus task metrics dashboard

Problem Statement:

• Currently, Hospitable has teammate roles like Concierge, Manager, and Laundry, but these roles cannot be assigned to tasks
• Only certain roles (Cleaning, Check-in, Check-out, Maintenance) are assignable to tasks
• There is no task metrics dashboard to track cleaning times, task completion times, outstanding tasks, or payment tracking by category

Current Workaround:

• Teammates with Concierge, Manager, or Laundry roles cannot be assigned tasks at all
• Hosts have to rely on other methods (like texting) to request these tasks
• Task performance and costs are tracked manually outside of Hospitable

Impact:

• Tasks like collecting off-platform payments in cash or delivering clean linens cannot be properly tracked or assigned
• Lack of categorization makes it harder to organize and manage these specific duties
• No visibility into how long cleaners take, outstanding tasks, or weekly/monthly/yearly costs per task category
• Operational efficiency is reduced when certain team members can't be assigned relevant tasks

Proposed Solution:

• Add new task categories for Concierge, Manager, and Laundry roles
• Allow teammates with these roles to be assigned corresponding tasks
• Create a task metrics dashboard showing:
  • How long cleaners took to clean a property
  • Time to finish each task
  • Outstanding tasks overview
  • Payment tracking by task category (weekly, monthly, yearly)

Unlock:

• Hosts would be able to properly categorize and assign tasks to all team members
• Better organization and tracking of concierge, managerial, and laundry duties
• Full visibility into task performance, outstanding work, and costs per category
• Improved operational workflow and data-driven decision making
