Add text formatting options (bold, highlight) to messages in Hospitable

Problem Statement:

• Guests often skip or miss important information in messages (like check-in details) because they don't read the entire message
• Currently, there's no way to make specific parts of a message stand out visually
• Hosts resort to using ALL CAPS as a workaround to try to catch the guest's attention

Current Workaround:

• Writing important information (like check-in details) in ALL CAPS to try to catch the guest's attention

Impact:

• Important check-in information may be missed by guests, leading to confusion or late arrivals
• ALL CAPS formatting may negatively impact guest experience
• Hosts spend extra time trying to communicate effectively without proper formatting tools

Proposed Solution:

• Add basic text formatting options to messages (bold, highlight, or other emphasis tools)
• Allow hosts to format specific parts of their messages in both automated messaging rules and the Inbox
• Formatting should be preserved when messages are sent through booking channels

• Hosts will be able to make critical information (check-in details, house rules, etc.) stand out visually
• Improved guest experience with clearer communication
