Add Weiser Halo Smart Lock Compatibility for Canadian Users

Problem Statement:

Weiser Halo locks are not currently supported in Hospitable's smart lock integrations
Weiser is the Canadian twin of Kwikset (same parent manufacturer, near-identical hardware)
Hospitable has a Kwikset Halo integration in open beta, but it only works with locks managed through the Kwikset app
Weiser Halo locks set up in the Weiser app cannot connect to Hospitable, even though the hardware is identical
Canadian hosts with Weiser Halo locks have no supported path to use their existing lock

Current Workaround:

Hosts must either reconfigure their Weiser Halo lock in the Kwikset app (not always possible or desirable)
Or purchase a new compatible lock (Schlage Encode, Yale Assure 2, etc.)

Impact:

Canadian hosts with Weiser Halo locks are locked out of using their existing hardware
Creates unnecessary cost for hosts who need to buy a new lock
Limits Hospitable's compatibility in the Canadian market where Weiser is a popular brand

Proposed Solution:

Add Weiser Halo to the supported smart locks list
Enable the Kwikset Halo integration to also accept Weiser-branded Halo locks, even when managed through the Weiser app
Or create a dedicated Weiser app integration path
