Hi. We would like to know if there any plans to have an integrated payment gateway for Direct payments if you have business outside US, Europe or Australia. Stripe is not in South Africa and our current gateway Paystack means payments are made through an emailed link. We have been struggling for a while and need to make a decision for future of payment gateway using Hospitable. Thank you

Hi Mikayla, this should make our roadmap for next year. Either by expanding our integration with Stripe to cover upsells or by expanding our current Upsells capabilities. For our own Upsells product, we are the merchant of record, so it’s not as simple as just adding a new currency, we also have to configure taxes and other compliance issues to operate in each country.

This is exactly what I wanted to talk about, and I see someone so close to my country, Namibia mentioned about the same thing. @Andrew Schorr please think of Namibia when you get to south Africa because we are loosing out a-lot on upsell because of this unsupported bank account situation / stripe
