Adding a Question for Deliveries

Feature requests

Because we host mid-term stays, guests have asked about having packages sent to our home. It’s happened a few times now, so adding this question for mailings/package deliveries would be helpful and save time.

    Hi @Randy Mills! Our AI features have quickly surpassed the ‘Questions’ feature, and eventually we’ll be retiring Questions in favor of AI-powered conversation features like Suggest a Reply, and Auto Reply.

    In order to give AI context from which to respond, you can use the Knowledge Hub. Here’s a help article on building out your knowledge hub. The example you provided would be perfectly handled with AI!
