Real Taxable Revenue: The current Taxable Revenue is described as “Total taxable revenue for all reservations with a check-in during the period. Taxable revenue is net of channel service fees and pass-through taxes.” Which is incorrect and cannot be used to pay lodging taxes. These taxes must be paid on the total consideration paid by the guest (excluding the passthrough taxes).

Would be great to analyze and learn from the guest profiles. Which countries they come from (for marketing puropses), statistics on number of guests which for my villas can vary from 4-11 people (sorted by adults, children, babies).
Also to automatically generate a full list of all guests with email, phone, etc. would be great for marketing and promotion purposes.
Ideally you let the hospitable user create their own widget and give them access to the stored data (similar to variables in messages).

In the townhall you talked about pro-rated by night and not by reservations. I still don’t see that feature the new metrics. If I group by months, weeks, or even years, I wanna analyze revenue (and all other KPIs that are calculated from revenue) pro-rated by night and not by reservation. My average reservation length is 7-20 days, up to two months. I don’t wanna see a full two months revenue in the week or month where was the check-in when I group by week or month. This gives me wrong insights. Pro-rated by night is much more precise. When will we get that feature in metrics?

I’m struggling with the revenue options - I’d like to see two very basic things - I need base revenue not just without cleaning fees but without taxes (of course!)…so I’d like to be able to pick and choose the components that I want in my revenue calculation so a custom revenue, and 2) I’d like to see revenue by property. I only have 4 and they’d fit perfectly in a widget so I’d like the option to have a scrollable widget that has revenue by property.

I see that this was just closed, but still don’t see a revenue option without pass through taxes. Need a net revenue without pass through taxes. For 2026 this is a 5% difference in my net revenue for this year so far, so this is a difference maker on whether I can use the dashboard effectively.

To support your cohosts, consider adding a widget showing “average revenue per property” and a line graph showing monthly revenue growth over time during the month.

Widget to show the net payout to owners AFTER management fee. Currently we can only break down to net after cleaning fees are excluded. Clients want to know what actually goes into their pockets after we’ve taken our fee.
A widget that shows our gross commission too. We would need to set our rates on a per-property basis for this to work as we vary commissions between properties.

I would love to see a more customized Booking Summary report where you can build a visual graph showing gross earnings per property, for any period of time that I choose and then have the option to compare it with that same month from a previous year or two, etc.
There is a metric widget that is close to this, but being able to have more customization in how the data is displayed would be incredible.
Also, I really would love to see these Metrics built out in the owners portal so that we can customize what information they see when they log in.

As a multi-property host, I want to receive automated alerts when my occupancy pacing deviates from the local market, accompanied by an explanation of the dynamic pricing logic being applied, So that I can understand why the system is adjusting (or holding) my rates without having to manually audit the data.
Acceptance Criteria
1. Intelligent Alerting System
Deviation Triggers: Users should be able to set a threshold (e.g., "Alert me if I am 15% behind the market pacing for any 30-day window").
Proactive Notification: Alerts should be delivered via in-app notification or email, summarizing which properties are "at risk."
2. Dynamic Pricing "Reasoning" Log
For every alert triggered, the system must provide a "Strategy Status" that explains the current algorithmic behavior:
"Aggressive Recovery" Mode: If pacing is behind, the system should show how much it has dropped the daily rate or lowered the minimum stay to "catch up" to the market.
"Value Preservation" Mode: If pacing is behind but prices remain steady, the system must provide a reason (e.g., "Market prices are dropping below your set Floor Price" or "High-demand event detected in 45 days; maintaining rates to capture late-booker premium").
3. Performance Attribution
The "Why" Column: Add a column to the pacing report that displays the "Primary Driver" for the current pricing (e.g., Low Seasonal Demand, High Competitor Occupancy, or Manual Price Override).

As a multi-property host, I want to compare my portfolio's occupancy pacing against hyper-local market competitors across multiple time horizons in a single dashboard, So that I can objectively validate my pricing strategy and identify specific areas for competitive improvement.
Acceptance Criteria
To ensure this feature meets the requirements, the following functionality must be included:
1. Multi-Dimensional Pacing Dashboard
Simultaneous Time Windows: Users must be able to view occupancy data for the next 15, 30, 60, and 90 days side-by-side without toggling between screens.
Bulk Property Selection: The interface must allow for the selection of multiple properties (or property groups) to view aggregated or comparative data in one view.
2. Visual & Quantitative Data Layers
RAG Status Indicators: Implement a "Red, Amber, Green" visual system to highlight how individual properties are pacing against the market average.
Comparative Metrics:
Market Percentage: Display the property’s occupancy as a percentage relative to the current market pacing.
Index Values: Display decimal values (e.g., a "Pacing Index") to show lead/lag status relative to the top 10% of competitors.
3. Competitive Intelligence Tools
Top Performer Identification: The system should identify the top-performing "Like-Kind" properties in the immediate radius.
Direct Listing Access: Users must be able to click through to the live OTA listings (Airbnb/Vrbo) of these top performers to audit their photos, descriptions, and amenities.
