Administration Charge for International Manual Bookings

Problem Statement:

• From October 1st in Australia, hosts can no longer pass on credit card processing fees to guests
• This creates an unexpected cost for hosts making international manual bookings
• There's currently no way to add an administration charge specifically for these bookings

Current Workaround:

• Hosts are absorbing the credit card fees themselves
• No existing feature allows adding a separate admin charge on manual bookings

Impact:

• Increased operational costs for hosts on international manual bookings
• Reduced profitability due to unrecoverable payment processing fees

Proposed Solution:

• Add an option to apply an administration charge to international manual bookings
• The charge should go directly to the Host (not included in the rent split)

Unlock:

• Hosts would be able to offset credit card processing fees on international manual bookings
• Better cost management and profitability for international bookings
