Problem Statement:
- From October 1st in Australia, hosts can no longer pass on credit card processing fees to guests

- There's currently no way to add an administration charge specifically for these bookings
Current Workaround:
- Hosts are absorbing the credit card fees themselves
- No existing feature allows adding a separate admin charge on manual bookings

- Add an option to apply an administration charge to international manual bookings
- The charge should go directly to the Host (not included in the rent split)

- Better cost management and profitability for international bookings
