Guest Portal OTP issues

I need a solution for sending guests agreements through hospitable. Many guests have not updated their airbnb account in ages and have old phone numbers associated with their airbnb accounts when they book with me...

I need a solution to be able to send the agreement that is housed in my hospitable account, to any phone number, not just the phone number associated with their air bnb account

I was told by a Hospitable VA that “For security reasons, we’re required to send the verification code to the phone number associated with the reservation. This is a restriction set by the booking platform, and unfortunately, we’re unable to override it on our side.”

I think this is something that should be looked at, b/c it has been an major inconvenience with more than a few guests that have only used airbnb a few times, but have phone numbers attached from over 5 years ago when they made their first airbnb booking..
