AI-enhanced messaging rules: automatically adjust the message content

Bring variation to automated messaging rules so no 2 guests would have to receive the same message.

This feature would allow Hospitable to be adjusting more or less slightly (at user's discretion) the messages that would be sent and take into account relevant context (such as: repeat guests, weather information, conversation and property context).

For example, with this feature: a repeat guest would never receive the same check-in instructions for the same property, but would receive a slightly adjusted message based on their previous experience with check-in and stays.
