We have the ability to text teammates so why not guests? I want to be in the Hospitable app for 99% of operations but I can’t because my direct booking guests respond better to texts so my communications with them are in Openphone and I have to leave the app to communicate with them or to go look to see what they said about something. The historical record for the stay is now in multiple places. If you do this it has to be from one number. Guesty for Hosts allowed this but it was always from a random number. Can we integrate with Openphone somehow?
@Nik Logachev not being able to text guests is also decreasing the amount of opportunities to use AI for responding and for AI to generate the response. Can you build a feature that allows us to ask our own AI a question so if our team doesn’t know something they can paste the guest’s question or issue into Hospitable app and generate a response until SMS is an option? Honestly, when a guest from Airbnb sends an SMS we have the same issue I just posted to Abby about above….how can we integrate with Openphone so all our emails, OTA messages, and texts are in one place in the Hospitable inbox? As long as the guest has a phone number and email on their profile can’t all communication with them just be merged into one thread?
