Allow a manager to reassign a cleaning task to a specific cleaner, with restricted access (no pricing visible)

We work with a cleaning company and use Hospitable Tasks to schedule and pay cleans, but we only communicate with the company manager. The manager needs a way to reassign a cleaning task to a specific cleaner on her team, so that cleaner can complete the task, upload photos, and take inventory directly in the Tasks App (instead of texting photos to the manager).

At the same time, cleaners should not be able to see the price paid to the company (financial data).

This would let the manager allocate work internally while keeping pricing hidden from individual cleaners.
