A single property can be owned by multiple individuals, who each need their own statement or invoice. Allow properties to have multiple owners, each with their own “ownership percentage” which is taken into consideration in all statement or invoice calculations.

    Almost evey property we manage has multiple owners. I feel like this is such a simple feature to implement but I see this post was made over a year ago with no change… I cant even give all my owners their own owner portals. Because of this I'm still 100% dependent on traditional spreadsheets. The whole reason I had upgrade my plan to mogul was to eliminate spreadsheets and have one property management software that can do everything.

    This is a very simple but important feature to have. We have many owners with more than 1 property and this is at the very least problematic for us.

      Hi @Gem BnB ! This request is about allowing you to assign partial ownership of a property to multiple owners. For example:

      Property A has 2 Owners:
      — Owner A owns 40%
      — Owner B owns 60%

      It sounds like what you’re describing is a single owner, that owns multiple properties? That’s something we definitely account for!
