Allow Conditional Logic on All Notifications

Conditional logic allows us to customize guest communications, operations communications, etc. We are in a rural area and so cleaners are sometimes hard to come by, our particular use case right now is wanting to send cleaning opportunities only if they aren’t already assigned, but I can think of many more reasons conditional logic on all communications would be beneficial.
