Allow control of booking/availability window for iCal exports

Right now only the fully-managed OTA connections allow you to control how far in advance guests can book (via the “Availability Window” setting). It would be nice if this could be applied to iCal exports as well. Right now Hospitable only supports a single iCal export feed that gets shared with all third-party systems that rely on iCal. So you’re exporting the same information to all the iCal consumers. But with a platform-specific iCal export, you could theoretically define how far into the future the exported iCal calendar would show availability for. Dates further than the configured booking window could simply be marked as “unavailable” in the iCal export.

This would allow you to set up a 2-month booking window for one platform, and a 3-month booking window for another, etc.

There are valid use cases for wanting certain third-party booking platforms to only show availability for a much shorter window than others. Like if there is a platform that you’re generally reluctant to take bookings on, but if you still have vacancy after a certain point, you’d be more willing to take that booking (after giving other platforms more of a “head start” on getting those dates booked).
