Improve owner payout bank reconciliation

Allow easier payout matching with my bank account in outside accounting software? QuickBooks is overkill, so I'm looking for Stessa, baselane, REI Hub. Now, it’s a real pain in the butt having to export reports then try matching with the register. Half the amounts don’t seem to match.
