Allow freeform writing on the Knowledge Hub

On top of importing PDFS, allow hosts to write information about the property so that we can keep growing the knowledge base, i.e., freeform text we can write... Or where you click + and add multiple items which could be categorised perhaps like "Things to do" + where you add items House details + etc
