Allow hosts to choose what the subtotal amount for reservations represents.

Currently, the subtotal field shows the nightly rate + cleaning fee + additional guest fee. Allow hosts to select what amount they want to see displayed there. Some hosts only want to see the guest's full price. Others want to see expected host payout there.
