Allow Hosts to Customize the “Request to Book” Button Text

On direct booking sites, small UX elements can significantly impact conversion rates, especially the primary booking button.

The current “Request to Book,” introduces friction. The word “request” implies approval is required, which may reduce confidence and increase drop‑off during checkout.

For hosts investing in paid ads and direct booking optimization, even minor language adjustments can improve conversion performance.

It would be valuable to allow hosts to:

  • Customize the booking button text, or

  • Select from preset options like Book Now, Reserve Now, or Secure Your Stay

Giving hosts control over this element would support better conversion testing and brand alignment.
