Allow hosts to invite smart device accounts

This is beneficial for smart device accounts that necessitate owner-level permissions. Given that owners of smart device accounts may be reluctant to share their credentials or find the transfer of device ownership challenging, this approach addresses those concerns.

    Implementation of this feature is essential for management companies where the inability to connect shared thermostats makes the very useful thermostats integration and presets feature virtually unusable. The implementation is very simple by segmenting the “Connected devices” menu and allowing the ability to give access to users (aka Property Owners) to the “Connect Device” feature only. The device management would need to be moved to its own page so users don’t have access to other users connected accounts.
