Currently, imported Airbnb payout/transaction lines shown on Owner Statements are read-only and cannot be edited or amended. Manual transactions/adjustments also cannot be linked to a reservation (no reservation selector/field) and cannot be displayed as “related” to a specific imported transaction line.
This is confusing for owners when Airbnb bundles multiple components (e.g., accommodation + cleaning fee) into a single imported payout line. PMs have to add a separate manual line to clarify/allocate the cleaning fee, but the statement/PDF doesn’t show that the manual line is connected to that reservation or to the imported line.
Current workaround
Use naming conventions and notes in manual transaction lines (include reservation code), which works but is not intuitive owner-facing.
Requested solution (either of these would solve it)
1) Allow creating an amended transaction for an imported line (keep original + show amended with audit trail), or
2) Add a Reservation field on manual transactions (select reservation), and optionally show it nested/linked under the related imported Airbnb transaction line.
