Allow hosts to opt out of Hospitable as source of truth for photos (per-property)

Since the ​Hospitable is the source of truth for your photos​ rollout in late March 2026, once a host clicks through the one-time confirmation dialog on a property, Hospitable stops pulling photos down from Airbnb / Booking.com and overwrites any direct edits made on those platforms on the next sync.

For most hosts this is a clear win, but a meaningful subset of hosts want to keep Airbnb (or BDC) as source of truth for photos on specific properties. Common reasons we hear in support:

• ​Photo quality on Airbnb specifically.​ Hosts perceive Airbnb-side uploads as sharper than what Hospitable pushes back, and want to manage Airbnb photos directly to control compression/cover photo behaviour.
• ​Existing platform-native workflows.​ Hosts (especially co-hosted Airbnb accounts, or BDC multi-room setups) have established photo workflows on the OTA side and don't want Hospitable to override.
• ​Different photo sets per channel​ that are easier to curate from inside the OTA's own editor.

Today there is no way to flip this back on a per-property basis. Once acknowledged, manual Airbnb/BDC edits are fragile — any future ​Apply changes​ push from Hospitable wipes them.

What we'd like:

1.  A per-property toggle (e.g. Properties → Details → Manage photos → ​"Hospitable manages photos for this property"​ on/off) so hosts can choose which side is source of truth.
2.  Optionally, a per-channel scope (e.g. Hospitable manages BDC + Direct, but Airbnb stays source-of-truth on its own).
3.  When toggled off, Hospitable resumes pulling photos ​down​ on the existing 6-hour rolling sync and stops pushing on Apply changes for that channel.

Why it matters:​ the current all-or-nothing model forces a workaround (manually re-uploading high-res originals into Hospitable) that doesn't always solve the underlying perceived quality issue, and removes an established host workflow without a clean off-ramp.
