Hi @Emily Tunggala, as a host who manage apartments for others, refunds we make for guests through Airbnb are considered as adjustments that are not changeable on Hospitable. Sometimes the refund is made due to host related issues that are not to be deducted from the owners, thus the request to be able to control it.
