Allow Metrics widgets to span multiple columns

Currently, widgets in the Metrics dashboard are limited to a two-column layout. This makes table-based widgets (such as 'Reservation Financials by Reservation') difficult to use and view without expanding them to full-screen.

We would like the ability to resize widgets or have them span across both columns to improve the UI experience and make the data usable at a glance.
