Allow more than 500 characters in the Owner's Statement Notes section
I explain to my owner any resolutions as well as show the math for VRBO monies owed to me since they don’t split payments. I run out of room often because of the 500 character limit.

Hi @Darla Brown ! Have you considered selecting pro-rated revenue recognition on your commission? That would automatically calculate your commission by the day so that only days in the calendar month are shown on the statement. I think this might help you achieve what you’re looking for!

That would be great, I will try that!
But it doesn't help me with needing more than 500 characters. If I'm explaining a resolution and the math that I used to get to what is owed plus vrbo reservations, It comes up to over 500 characters.
