sometimes I see blocks on my calendar for future dates and the more properties you have the harder it is to remember when you’ve created those blocks. Although I do put notes in my blocks, you can’t open up an existing block to read the notes.
I would like a notification sent to my inbox and/or email on file whenever one of my owners blocks time on their calendar for themselves or for any other reason so I can note it on my end. I would also like to be able to open up an existing block to read the notes, maybe I’m missing something.

You may be interested in our Mogul plan. With that plan, you can invite your owners to their own Owner’s Portal where they can book their own stays and view the calendar, and you’re notified when they do that. We give you as the manager the ability to grant owners granular permission to do what you want them to be able to do. We’ve heard lots of feedback to allow owners to make maintenance blocks, but in transparency that’s not something we have planned for the quarter (but I’m sure we’ll get to it!). I’ll merge this request with the request to allow owner maintenance blocks.

Notification when an Owner blocks their calendar
