The Smartlock door code activation timing in Hospitable is applied globally to all properties. For example, if the global setting is “activate codes 2 hours before check-in,” that same timing is enforced for every property in the account.
Hosts have different preferences and operational needs. Some want codes activated hours before check-in; others require activation days in advance (e.g., 2 days). A single global setting forces a one-size-fits-all approach that reduces flexibility and creates extra manual work for hosts who must change or manage codes outside the system.
Requested feature:
Add the ability to configure Smartlock door code activation timing at the property level, with a global default fallback. Owners/managers should be able to:
Set a global default activation timing (existing behavior).
Override that default per property with custom activation timing (e.g., X hours or Y days before check-in).
See which properties use the global default vs. a custom override.
Optionally bulk-edit or copy settings between properties.
