Allow Scheduled Messages for >12 months in the future

Right now the maximum is 9 months in the future. The suggestion here is so that annual notifications and follow-ups can be schedule to better market to repeat customers when they are most likely to stay again, which sometimes can be on an annual basis, especially considering holiday travel.
