Allow Secondary Users to remove hosts from their own account view

Problem statement

Secondary Users (such as cleaners, co-hosts, or other team members) cannot remove hosts from their Hospitable app account when they stop working with them. Only the Primary User (the host) can delete a Secondary User from their account via User Management.

Current workaround

The Secondary User must contact the host and ask them to remove the Secondary User from their account settings. This requires communication with someone the Secondary User may no longer have a working relationship with.

Impact

  • Secondary Users' account lists become clogged with clients they no longer work for
  • Requires awkward communication with former clients or employers to request removal
  • Creates clutter and confusion in the Secondary User's app, especially when hosts have sold properties or are no longer active
  • Secondary Users have no control over their own account experience
  • Makes it harder to focus on current, active clients

Proposed solution

Add a setting in the Secondary User's account that allows them to remove a host from their own view without requiring the Primary User to take action. This could be a simple "Remove Host" or "Leave Account" option in the user's profile or settings.

Unlock

Secondary Users would be able to manage their own account independently, keeping their workspace clean and relevant to their current clients without needing to contact former hosts.
