Allow task to be mark as completed by operations team

My operation team whether it is cleaning, manager, etc currently sends me a message every time they complete a task but there is not record if they actually completed it on the requested day.

Allowing them to mark as completed will help me identify efficiency of my team while also removing that extra step of of communicating via message.

Allowing them to upload pictures would also be of great advantage
