Allow teammates to check off individual checklist items in the app

Problem statement
Teammates (such as cleaners) cannot currently check off individual checklist items in the Hospitable app. When they tap a checklist item, it appears to get selected but immediately deselects, making the checkboxes feel broken or misleading.

Current workaround
Teammates can view the checklist as a reference, but they cannot mark individual items as completed. They can only mark the overall task as complete in the Teammate Portal.

Impact

• Creates confusion and frustration for teammates who expect the checkboxes to work
• Reduces the usefulness of checklists as a progress-tracking tool
• Leads to a poor user experience, especially for cleaners who rely on step-by-step task completion

Proposed solution
Enable teammates to tap checklist items in the app and have those items stay checked, so they can track their progress through each step of a task.

Teammates would be able to track their progress item-by-item within a task, improving clarity, accountability, and the overall user experience for operational teams.
