Allow UpSells Check-in & Check-out Available Upon "Non-Refundable" Date.

Upon a reservation becoming “non-refundable”, allow the purchase of Upsells Check-in & Check-out, BOTH to be offered. Currently, these upsells are only offered 14 days in advance and if my non-refundable date is set at 30, I want to have my messages include the ability for Guests to consider these options at that time. (I have 1 night before & after turned on, therefore, I am Open, easily to offering these Upsells, as soon as possible).
