Allow video uploads in Tasks

Problem statement: Currently, teammates can only upload photos. This makes it difficult to get a comprehensive view of a room or receive verbal context from the teammate. Additionally, photos may not always be taken at the ideal angle to document damage.

Current workaround: Taking multiple photos of the same area, which is inefficient and lacks the context of a walkthrough.

Impact: Reduced visibility into the property state, lack of detailed context, and potential difficulty in defending damage claims due to limited photo angles.

Proposed solution: Enable the ability for teammates to upload short video clips in addition to photos when completing tasks.

Unlock: This would provide a more complete overview of the property, allow for verbal updates, and provide stronger evidence for damage claims, giving the host much better context and confidence.
