Allows users to change their profile picture in the UI themselves

At present, profile pics must be changed by Hospitable team members and requires the user to provide Hospitable with a link to the desired picture. It would be easier for everybody involved to allow the user to change the picture themselves. Be that using a link or directly uploading a picture file
