'any other language' automated messaging

There are many other languages, that could use automated messaging if only inputs from the system would be just numbers without words (that needs to be translated).

e.g. not "6 persons", but just "6".

date: now it's "Thursday, 12 January" Instead use "12.01."

If there are just numbers, a host can add text in any other language.

That way the variable inputs could be used in messages in any language. 

Could you make an "any other language" messaging version?
