API Endpoint to Update Custom Codes and Rules

Currently, the Public API only supports reading custom codes (GET /v2/custom-codes). There is no endpoint to update the text or the rules of an existing custom code.

This requires users to manually update these details in the UI, which prevents the automation of dynamic information (like rotating lockbox codes) that needs to be updated periodically.

The request is for a PATCH or PUT endpoint (e.g., /v2/custom-codes/{uuid}) to allow updating both the text and the rules object of custom codes programmatically.
