API Visibility and Messaging Rule Conditions for Guest Portal Tasks

Hosts need the ability to identify which reservations have pending guest portal tasks—specifically unsigned rental agreements or incomplete ID collection—via the API. Additionally, hosts need messaging rule conditions based on this status to target automated reminders. For example, a "Before check-in" rule set to 5 days out that only sends to guests who have not yet completed their verification tasks. Currently, the rules engine lacks conditions for verification status, making these tailored reminders impossible.
