Currently, there is no way to programmatically determine if a guest has signed their rental agreement. This information is only available via the Hospitable UI. The request is to expose the signed/pending status of rental agreements via an API endpoint, a webhook trigger, or MCP tools (with MCP being the preferred method) to allow for automation and external tracking.
