Auto-Adjust min night stay in the nights before a booking

Regardless of whether or not it is considered an orphan or gap night, minimum stay should be automatically adjusted on the nights prior to a booking to allow shorter stays (ex calendar could have one booking total, and instead of it having a 3 night minimum the day before a booking if that’s the standard setting, it should be a 1 night minimum the day before, 2 night the day before that, etc)
