Auto-prevent same day turn-over on dates when cleaner is unavailable

Problem Statement:

• When a cleaner takes a day or two off in the future, there's no way to automatically prevent same-day turnover on those dates
• This creates situations where a guest checks out and another checks in on the same day, but no cleaner is available to prepare the property
• Currently, hosts must manually monitor cleaner schedules and manually restrict dates in the Calendar

Current Workaround:

• Manually check cleaner availability and manually restrict check-in or check-out on affected dates in the Calendar
• This requires constant monitoring and is easy to miss, especially for future dates

Impact:

• Risk of same-day turnover when no cleaner is available to prepare the property
• Property may not be properly prepared for incoming guests
• Additional administrative burden of manually managing dates
• Potential negative guest experience

Proposed Solution:

• Add an option within rule-sets to automatically prevent check-in on days with a checkout (and vice versa) when a cleaner is marked unavailable for that date
• This would allow hosts to set cleaner unavailability and have Hospitable automatically prevent same-day turnover without blocking the date from new bookings
