Auto-reply to guest reviews with AI

Problem statement

Hospitable currently drafts AI replies to guest reviews on Airbnb and Booking.com, but hosts still have to open each one and click send. Vrbo review replies aren't supported at all. For hosts managing high volumes, this remains a manual chore.

Proposed solution

Allow hosts to opt in to fully automatic AI-generated review replies β€” Hospitable would draft and send the reply on the host's behalf across all supported channels (Airbnb, Booking.com, and Vrbo where the API allows), with optional guardrails (e.g. only auto-send for 5-star reviews, or require a minimum confidence threshold).

Why it matters

- Saves hosts time after every stay.

- Improves response rate / responsiveness signals on listing channels.

- Natural extension of the existing AI review-reply drafting and AI Auto Reply (for guest messages) features.
